Need your order fast? We now offer same-day local delivery for just £4.99! Available every day to any address in SO22, SO23, and now SO21, your order will be personally delivered by our driver after the shop closes.
So, you can expect your drop to be:
6pm – 8pm Monday – Saturday
4pm – 6pm Sunday
Simply select ‘Get it Today!’ at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.99 (Free for orders over £25)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £3.99 (Free for orders over £35)
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched that same day and are aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days*, and 1-2 working days* respectively.
*Unexpected delays and special occasions (such as Christmas) may cause longer delivery times. Please allow at least 5 business days from the dispatch date before contacting us directly.
Click & Collect orders placed on this site are all handled in our Winchester store at – 1 Andover Road, SO23 7BS
Open 9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am – 4pm on Sundays.*
All orders will be held for up to 7 days from order confirmation.

If you are having issues placing an order on the site, or would like to have a chat with one of our experts, please call 01962 622243 and we’ll be happy to help you over the phone. You’ll still be able to pay for the order before you arrive via a secure payment request, or simply pay on collection.
Please remember to provide us a safe space location in your order notes so that your order can be left securely in the event that you aren’t at home to receive it when the delivery is attempted. If the delivery cannot be completed then the order will be returned to the shop for you to collect at your convenience, or contact us to rearrange another delivery attempt.
